Who pays for
services?
My clients are usually
organizations, and not
individuals. Thus, fees
are paid for by the
organization. The
individual leaders with
whom I work, I refer to
as my coaching partners.
In some instances, I
work with individuals
who pay for the services
personally. Generally
these are individuals
who are in some phase of
a career transition. For
example, they may be
considering leaving
their organization, they
are seeking coaching
around a desired
promotion, or they are
currently engaged in a
job search.
