Organizations usually engage an external coach for their senior level leaders. My clients typically hold titles such as President, Vice President, Director, Manager, Partner, Chief, Executive Director, Dean, Principal, Head of School or Owner. I work across industries including associations, consulting firms, education, banking, government, healthcare, insurance, law offices, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and utilities.

Coaching is also frequently used to support an organizational leadership initiative. I have worked with a variety of corporations as part of a cadre of coaches engaged as one component of leadership development. In these programs, debriefing assessments is a common component of the coaching. Leaders in such programs may represent middle management as well as senior management.
